Packaging does not end with filled paperbags or big bags. These units are supposed to emerge safely from storage and production onto pallets. Palletizing is done automatically.

Foil on top and around the pallets will then take care of firmness during transport and storage.
Foil also protects against dust.


With the help of Palletizing machines bags are stacked in different layers (for example 3-layers on euro or 5-layers on Block pallets).

Big bags are filled automatically, net weight. Immediately a pallet comes underneath (with slip sheet under the big bag). Pallet weights are immediately reduced. Big bags usually go on block pallets.
